Terms and Conditions
1. Account PaymentsAccount payments can be paid by bank transfer. Prices are current at the time of quotation and subject to availability at the time of booking. All rates are inclusive of GST. Rates include airport parking, road and bridge tolls, other extras may be chargeable
2. Booking RequestYour booking request with primetravel can be made via email or online bookinge. primetravel will issue a booking confirmation email outlining requirements.
3. Booking Request AmendmentsAny changes/amendments to your booking after confirmation can only be accepted subject to availability. primetravel reserve the right to change an amendment fee to multiple changes of bookings or additional applicable charges in relation to the amendment.
4. Waiting Time PolicyDomestic arrivals: 30 minutes waiting time. International arrivals: 1 hour waiting time. Non-airport pick-ups: 15 minutes waiting time. Any waiting time incurred will be charged in accordance with vehicle hourly rate in 15 minute increments.
5. One Way TransferA one-way transfer is a direct pick up and drop off. Multiple drops can incur extra charges.
6. Data Protection/Privacy PolicyYour personal information is used for the hiring of primetravel and used for that purpose alone. By sharing information, you accept all responsibility that all information provided by you and is your sole responsibility; primetravel accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information provided in respect to the hiring made through website/via email. Personal information may be retained for use in future bookings. If any time you believe the information is incorrect you may contact us to have it corrected. Credit card details are stored securely for the purpose as outlined in our terms and conditions for hire. primetravel staff are obliged under employment terms to keep personal information secure.
7. Terms of Carriageprimetravel has no responsibility for costs or losses including missed flights or travel connections, resulting from diversion, substitution, alterations, cancellations, delays or booking errors. It is the hirer's responsibility to advise of any changes as full costs may be incurred.Passengers must comply with all NZ laws and regulations and with the instructions of primetravel.
8. Insuranceprimetravel is insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and not travel insurance. Although every effort will be made to ensure the safe keeping of personal property, we do not accept liability for loss or damage of personal items. Please check you have cover.
9. Cancellation Fee TransfersA cancellation fee of 50% of total booking cost will apply when bookings are cancelled less within 24 hours of booking. No fee is charged when booking is cancelled 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to deduct bank fees when paying by credit card, PayPal or equivalent.
10. Cancellation Fee – Tours, Corporate Events and Multi-Day EventsA cancellation fee of 25% of total booking cost will apply when bookings are cancelled less within 72 hours of booking. We reserve the right to deduct bank fees when paying by credit card, PayPal or equivalent.
11. Limits of Liability and InsuranceMaximum liability, if accepted, will be limited to a refund for the trip in question. All care will be taken, but no liability will be assumed. No claim for liquidated damages, consequential loss for any other costs will be accepted.
12. Exclusionsprimetravel shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Customer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of a breach by primetravel.
13. Hirer’s ResponsibilityThe hirer of the vehicle/s is responsible for all guests and any damage to the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Cleaning charges can apply.
14. Disclosureprimetravel may be obliged to surrender your personal details to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law. Personal information may also be disclosed to identify, contact, or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring, or interfering with our rights or property.
15 .Substitution
primetravel may need to substitute the booked vehicle for a suitable alternative. While every measure is made to provide the same or better it may be necessary to downgrade and a reimnbursement will be ,made.
16. By the Hour
Hourly bookings must start and finish at the same location unless by prior arrangement
